To Become a Managed Carrier for Ninety-One TranSolutions, You must meet the following criteria:
• Review and sign our Broker Carrier Agreement
• Review and sign our Automotive Agreement
• Review and sign Trailer Interchange Agreement (if interested)
• Provide a copy of Contract Carrier Authority
• Provide a copy of carrier Federal ID # (Signed W9)
• Provide a copy of current Insurances:
• Liability in the amount of no less than $1,000,000.00
• Cargo in the amount of no less than $100,000.00
• Trailer Interchange in the amount of no less than $35,000.00
(if using Ninety-One TranSolutions Trailers)
• Provide a copy of current Hazardous Materials Certificate (if available)
